Completing My Onboarding

Please take some time to review the onboarding information outlined below prior to starting. We encourage you to use the onboarding video as a reference if you have any questions while working through the form. If you need more clarification, you can always feel free to contact us and a representative will work with you to resolve any confusion.

Basic Information

Step 1: First, our Terms

​

  • The first step to onboarding is agreeing to adhere to Shop Latina Made’s Terms of Service.

 

Step 2: Verify your information 

​

  • Login to you seller's portal to verify all of your information is correct. Go to Profile and then My Account.​

    • Seller Name

    • Seller Shop Name

    • Store or Business Address, City, Country, Zip Code & Seller Contact (telephone #)

    • Seller Name​

*Please keep in mind that the City & State you provide will appear on your shop page. Email, address and phone number are kept private.

Step 3: Short store description 

​

  • Provide a one sentence description of the products you are offering and include your social media URL. For example,

 

"High-quality clothing and fashion accessories at affordable prices."

Step 4: Tell us about your business

​

  • Share a 1500 word story to add a personal touch to your shop. Provide your business details including product offering and anything you’d like customers to know about you, your brand & announcements. For example,

"Spring/Summer Preorder dates are subject to change. We are experiencing delays across the board, thank you for your patience. We appreciate your understanding! 

​

Sol is a women-owned young contemporary clothing brand based in Chicago. Started in 2007 as a fashion accessories company, we've since expanded into the apparel industry. Our goal is to provide high-quality clothing and fashion accessories at affordable prices. Sol is committed to providing our customers with the best styles and trends for every season. "

Step 5: Upload a cover image

​

  • Once you have SAVE Changes in the Account Details section, upload a store banner image for your shop. Banner photos must be a minimum 900x225 pixels and follow these required guidelines:

    • No logos or text

    • No photo collages

    • No products with inappropriate language

    • No nudity

 

We recommend using a photo that represents your brand’s best-selling category and overall brand aesthetic. Generally, cover images that showcase several products in one photo, or display the product(s) in-use, tend to work better than single product shots.

Step 6: Upload a profile image

 

  • Continuing on My Account, upload an image of yourself on the Seller Profile & Status section. This will be used as your image when messaging with customers, as well as on your shop page. Ideal size: 185x185

Step 7: Upload your logo

​

  • Below the Seller Profile & Status section upload your logo in the Seller Shop Logo section. Your logo will be the featured image in your shop. Image must:

    • Be high quality minimum 165x165 pixels 

    • Be a single image of your logo

Step 8: Add your banking 

​

  • Go to Profile and then Payment Details. Once on the Payment Details page select Bank Wire Transfer from the drop-down. A Payment Details box will appear. Please provide the following information 

    • Account Name​

    • Routing Number

    • Account Number

    • EIN or SS if you are DBA

Step 9: Upload your product catalog, image Zip. file & image cvs.

​

  • In order to properly upload your product catalog, and images use our Product .xlsx template. Please use the instruction tab for each as reference.

    • You will receive an email for each of the items approved by our team. ​

    • Denied items will be removed from your Products Listing.​

 

How to upload your Product catalog and Images to your seller's portal

  1. Please be sure to download each .xlsx as a cvs. file

  2. Go back to your seller's portal, hover over Products and select Product Listing

  3. To the right of the screen click More Actions and then Add Product by Cvs. 

  4. In Method-2 upload both your product and image cvs. file and your Image Zip. file and click validate

  5. If the information you've uploaded, you will be alerted to Submit
