Erika Hernandez, known as The Polymath Latina on social media, is the CEO & Co-Founder of Latina Made Not Maid, Philanthropist, Public Speaker, Event Marketer and a Host of The Polymath Latina Podcast, launching on November 10th, 2021!

 

Growing up in New Jersey as the daughter of Cuban immigrants, Erika was a boss lady from the start! Whether it was styling hair, offering manicure services or selling her DIY products, hustling always made her feel alive.

 

Erika officially began her career as a certified event planner & marketer 15 years ago, but she never lost sight of where she came from. As a hardcore Latina advocate, she co-founded Latina Made Not Maid, a nonprofit that’s changing the narrative of Latinas on the web and media as well as Shop Latina Made, the first online marketplace dedicated to Latina makers, authors & independent designers.

 

Staying true to her roots, Erika is on a mission to inspire and help multicultural women get rid of their success blocks, establish and scale their dream business. As a single mom to teenage boys who are the driving force behind everything she does, Erika is the embodiment of a strong and driven female leader.
